Meet Coach Jillian
I’m a personal trainer and group fitness coach who doesn’t do excuses, fluff, or random workouts. I build people — stronger bodies, sharper discipline, and a mindset that actually sticks.
My coaching focuses on strength, fat loss, mobility, balance, and adaptive training so you can move better, feel better, and perform at a higher level in everyday life. I’m a CrossFit, running, and HYROX athlete — and I bring that same intensity, structure, and standards into every program I build.
I’m a leader by nature and a motivator by choice. You’ll get high-energy sessions, real accountability, and coaching that’s direct (with a sense of humor) — because progress is serious business, but training should never be miserable.
